Caissons & Big Concrete Pipes

Caissons:  One of my favorite dive spots!  Consist of two mysterious concrete structures located in 145-160ft of water out in front of Los Angeles Harbor.

Pipes: appear to be the same kind used to construct sewer outfalls.  They are probably extras that were disposed of at sea.  Maybe someone will research them and find the true answer.  I'm going to focus my energy on diving them as they're great fun!
